By accessing or using Semantic Pilot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. Accounts registered by automated methods are prohibited.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or security threats.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include scraping at scale, reverse engineering, distributing malicious code, using outputs for illegal purposes, and attempting to circumvent usage limits.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated through integrated AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy, compliance, and suitability.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and original assets, are owned or licensed by us. You retain rights to your input data and permitted use of generated outputs.
7. Payment & Plans
Free access may be revoked or modified. Paid plans (when available) will be governed by published pricing. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades occur at end of billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may request account deletion; certain data may be retained for compliance or security auditing.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RANKING RESULTS, COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES, OR DATA COMPLETENESS.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the six months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated when feasible.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in our jurisdiction of operation unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
