Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 30, 2025
Designed to protect platform reliability and fair access.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited and restricted activities when using Semantic Pilot.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to breach, scan, or test security controls without authorization.
- Distributing malware, phishing content, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Using AI outputs for deception, spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Automated bulk extraction or replication of proprietary datasets.
- Reselling access or sharing accounts outside your organization.
- Obscuring identity to evade rate limits or enforcement.
3. Rate & Resource Abuse
Excessive, scripted, or looping requests that degrade service stability may trigger temporary throttling or suspension. We may adjust fair-use ceilings dynamically.
4. Data & Confidentiality
Do not submit extremely sensitive personal data unless explicitly necessary. You are responsible for compliance with any regional data protection laws governing your inputs.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination. Severe abuse may be escalated to relevant authorities if legally required.
6. Reporting
To report suspected abuse, contact us with supporting evidence.
7. Updates
We may refine this AUP as platform capabilities evolve. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
