Service Level Overview

Early-stage availability guidelines (non-binding preview until formal SLA published).

1. Target Availability

We currently target ≥99.0% monthly uptime for core API and application access excluding scheduled maintenance and upstream provider outages (OpenAI, Google, Serper).

2. Maintenance Windows

Planned maintenance will generally occur during low-traffic weekend hours (UTC) and announced when feasible. Emergency patches may occur without prior notice.

3. Monitoring

We monitor API latency, error rates, and infrastructure health. Internal alerts drive investigation and mitigation of degradation events.

4. Incident Response

  • Initial triage target: under 15 minutes.
  • User communications: status dashboard or outbound notice for major incidents.
  • Postmortems: produced for significant sustained outages (>60 min severity).

5. Exclusions

Beta features, experimental endpoints, and third-party upstream outages are excluded from availability calculations. Client-side network issues are outside our control.

6. Future SLA Credits

Once formal paid plans launch, sustained downtime below future thresholds may result in service credits. Current early access phase does not provide credits.
